President and Manager
Co-founder of Celadon Reef, Stuart provides strategic and management direction to position the company as a global leader of integrated networking solutions delivered at the edge of the Internet. The first 15 years of his career were with two of the world’s largest consulting firms. The next 15 years were in the Internet space with clients ranging in scale from AT&T Solutions to high-tech startups in San Jose, Boulder, Annapolis, the Washington D.C./Northern Virginia corridor, and Florida. He received a Masters of Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Director – Business Development
Co-founder of Celadon Reef, Peter helps clients envision what now is possible at the edge of the Internet. He brings a global perspective that positions solutions in complex global markets. Previously, he founded and served as CEO of OmniComm Systems, Inc. (OTCBB) providing leadership in the areas of web-based clinical trial management systems and transactional portals to connect doctors and patients with the clinical trial industry. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, JD from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and LLM from Cambridge University.
Director – Technology
Russ brings over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry to Celadon Reef. Previously he was on the management team of SITA, the world’s leading service provider of IT business solutions to the air transport industry based in Geneva. Earlier he managed American Airlines’ second largest network operations center worldwide. Russ worked with Stuart and Peter at a CPE edge device technology firm based in San Jose. He received a BS in Electronic Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
Chief Architect
Erasmo originally created and optimized the Celadon Reef Operating System code to meet growing and unmet needs in the South American market. He continues to oversee the development of the code base and its implementation, acceptance and growth on each continent. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Universidad Central de Venezuela. Erasmo and his wife currently reside in the U.S.
Director – Sales
Sean is responsible for global business development and all of Celadon Reef’s international business and channel relationships. Previously he held similar positions with SpectorSoft, a leading global provider of computer monitoring and surveillance software and at CDW. Prior to working in high-tech during the past 15 years, Sean was a professional athlete (soccer and cycling) and a certified advanced instructor of Bikram Yoga. He graduated from Southern Connecticut State University.
Senior Advisor
Brad brings more than 30 years of global information security experience to Celadon Reef. He has advised large financial institutions, health care organizations, global technology enterprises and government entities. Brad is the creator of the DifWav™ data compression solution and advises Celadon Reef on software technology; security, compliance and regulatory matters; and emerging market opportunities. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, an MBA and a PhD in Computer Science from universities in North Carolina.
Director – South America
Steve is responsible for operations in South and Central America through Celadon Reef S.A. LLC. He has more than 35 years experience in this region with DEC, Data General, Telex and Comlasa which he founded, expanded to include subsidiaries in 18 countries, and subsequently was acquired by UPS. He attended schools in Geneva, Switzerland and Michigan State University. He continues to hold a record as the youngest Life Master at bridge.
Business Development – Brazil
Dennis helps customers build profitable new businesses through our video streaming solutions. Previously, Dennis was a Partner at KPMG in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Miami, Florida where he specialized in IT risk auditing and consulting. Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Dennis speaks native English and Portuguese and is fluent in Spanish. Dennis has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington in Seattle and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chief Technology Officer (Asia)
Jason has extensive experience in the international telecommunications industry and advanced technical knowledge of UNIX. He is expert in the capabilities of Celadon Reef’s solutions and their application to the unique requirements of the Asian market and, in particular, China. He holds the equivalent of a BS in Computer Engineering with specialization in Networks and Database Systems from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore). He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
